Our client, a private equity-backed technology business employing over 100 people and serving thousands of customers across the UK and internationally, has exclusively partnered with CN Sales Recruitment to appoint an Internal Account Manager as part of its continued growth plans.
Operating within the rapidly growing employee safety technology sector, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading organisation that continues to invest heavily in its people, products and future growth. Due to expansion and internal progression within the commercial team, they are now looking to add ambitious talent to an already successful account management function.
Working with an established portfolio of approximately 150 customer accounts, your focus will be on retaining revenue, identifying white-space opportunities and driving account growth through consultative customer engagement. You'll analyse customer activity, review account health, manage renewals and uncover opportunities to expand product adoption across existing organisations.
Customers range from NHS Trusts, local authorities and housing associations through to commercial businesses, retailers and service providers, creating a highly varied and interesting customer base. Success in the role comes from combining relationship management, commercial curiosity and data-driven account planning to generate pipeline and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience within Account Management, Customer Success, Internal Sales or customer-facing commercial roles and are looking to take the next step in their career. You may have gained experience within SaaS, technology services, managed services, subscription-based businesses or other environments where customer retention and growth are key objectives. More important than sector background is your ability to build credibility with customers, identify opportunities and proactively manage multiple priorities. This role will particularly appeal to ambitious individuals with one to five years of experience who are looking to accelerate their career whilst developing broader commercial account management skills.
