Marketing Executive

Salary up to £40K plus benefits & discretionary bonus - hybrid working 2 days per week in London HQ

Ready to move beyond supporting marketing campaigns and start taking real ownership of digital content, lead generation and B2B customer engagement?

We have been mandated by our client, an established £15m turnover data intelligence and technology business employing around 150 people, to recruit an ambitious B2B Marketing Executive. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will join a growing commercial operation providing data-led solutions to major consumer-facing organisations across regulated and complex markets. The appointment forms part of an investment in marketing designed to support business growth, increase market engagement and ultimately help generate new clients and net new business.

This is a varied role offering exposure across the marketing mix, with particular responsibility for digital channels, content creation and measuring campaign outcomes. You will create copy and collateral for websites, LinkedIn, email campaigns and sales materials while supporting B2B campaigns, SEO/SEM, HubSpot activity, events, webinars, roundtables, case studies, product marketing and ABM programmes.

Working closely with the rest of the marketing team and sales, you will help engage decision-makers across financial services, utilities, energy, telecoms, retail and other consumer-facing markets, translating complex data products and customer success stories into clear, commercially relevant messaging. The objective is to grow brand visibility and engagement, generate leads, support the sales pipeline and give you increasing ownership of campaigns as your experience develops.

We are looking for a career-minded marketer with at least two years' relevant experience who is ready to take greater responsibility and develop into a rounded B2B marketing professional. Previous marketing experience within data services, software, technology platforms, utilities or telecoms is essential, alongside good copywriting skills and practical exposure to digital marketing, content, campaigns, social media or events.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, HubSpot, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, email marketing or webinars would be highly relevant, although you do not need to arrive as an expert across every channel. More important is that you are organised, commercially curious, comfortable taking ownership and genuinely interested in understanding how effective marketing activity translates into engagement, leads, pipeline and revenue.

You will join a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where a relatively small marketing team means your contribution will be visible and you will have the opportunity to learn considerably more than you might within a highly siloed corporate marketing department. For someone who has established the foundations of their marketing career, this offers the opportunity to broaden your digital, content, campaign and commercial skills while developing towards greater campaign ownership and future Marketing Manager responsibilities.

The package offers a £30,000 to £40,000 basic salary plus discretionary bonus and benefits including 25 days' holiday increasing with service, enhanced pension, Health Shield, Perkbox, holiday buy/sell and cycle-to-work schemes. This is a hybrid position requiring attendance at the London office a minimum of two days each week, so if you want greater ownership, broader B2B marketing experience and a clear opportunity to accelerate your career, to find out more, apply now.
