Senior Business Development Manager

We are working exclusively with a global leader in sales and leadership training, a company recognised for innovation and award-winning programs. With a growing team and multi-million-pound revenues, this business is at the forefront of transforming how organisations develop their people.

Due to significant growth and strategic expansion, we have been mandated to appoint an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and accelerate growth across key enterprise clients.

In this role, you will lead high-value commercial relationships and develop new strategic partnerships with some of the world’s most recognised brands. You’ll be engaging with senior decision-makers including Sales Leaders, L&D Directors, and HR Heads across large, complex organisations. Your mission is to open doors, navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups, respond to RFPs, and deliver tailored solutions that help clients achieve measurable performance improvement. Deal values typically range from £250,000 to £2 million ARR, so you’ll need to combine consultative selling expertise with a growth mindset to succeed.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need proven experience in enterprise-level new business development, ideally within learning solutions, SaaS, or performance improvement services. You understand the complexity of selling into large matrix organisations and are confident in managing lengthy sales cycles and competitive pitches. Exposure to e-learning or LMS platforms is advantageous, and the ability to craft solutions that combine content and technology will set you apart. Above all, you’ll be a self-starter with strong commercial acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the drive to exceed ambitious revenue targets.

The package includes a £70,000–£80,000 base salary, 50% bonus (uncapped) with accelerators for multi-year and over-target performance, and genuine opportunities to progress as the business continues to scale globally.
