As we expand into the United Kingdom and European markets, we are seeking an entrepreneurial sales leader to establish and scale our commercial presence across the region.

About the Role

CNTXT AI is seeking a Vice President of Sales – UK & Europe to build and lead our commercial organization across the United Kingdom and Europe from the ground up.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role for a proven builder who has successfully developed new markets, created enterprise sales pipelines, and closed large-scale AI, data, and technology services deals.

As CNTXT AI's first commercial hire in the region, you will be responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy, establishing customer relationships, building pipeline, closing enterprise deals, and ultimately scaling the UK and European sales organization.

The ideal candidate brings an extensive network across AI, enterprise software, data services, digital transformation, and emerging technologies and has experience selling into large enterprises, technology companies, public sector organizations, and AI-native businesses.

Experience at companies such as Scale AI, Appen, Labelbox, Surge AI, TELUS Digital, DataForce, Sama, Invisible Technologies, or similar organizations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Build CNTXT AI's UK & European Market Presence

  • Establish CNTXT AI's commercial presence across the UK and Europe.
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify priority industries, accounts, and market opportunities.
  • Build CNTXT AI's reputation as a trusted AI and data services partner.
  • Represent CNTXT AI at major industry events, conferences, and executive forums.

Enterprise Pipeline Development

  • Build a qualified enterprise pipeline from zero.
  • Leverage personal relationships, industry networks, and strategic partnerships.
  • Create account-based sales strategies for key target customers.
  • Drive outbound business development initiatives.
  • Develop scalable pipeline generation processes.

Enterprise Sales Execution

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • 5+ years in sales leadership positions.
  • Proven experience building new markets and commercial organizations.
  • Demonstrated success selling AI, technology, SaaS, or data services.
  • Experience closing six-figure and seven-figure enterprise agreements.
  • Strong executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
  • Existing network of enterprise buyers and decision-makers across the UK and Europe.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within AI, machine learning, or data services organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the European enterprise technology market.
