We are currently hiring for multiple data roles within a large-scale retail data transformation programme. Strong experience in Databricks, PySpark, and retail/supply chain data is highly desirable.

Lead Data Engineer

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Location: Leeds – 3 Days Onsite

Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on engineering expertise and technical leadership
  • Drive best practices, code reviews, and high-quality delivery
  • Handle structured, semi-structured & unstructured data (batch & streaming)
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, performant solutions
  • Ensure compliance with architecture frameworks
  • Deliver documented, repeatable, production-ready solutions
Required Skills:
  • Advanced PySpark & SparkSQL
  • Strong Databricks expertise
  • Retail experience (advantageous)
  • Supply chain / forecasting / fulfilment knowledge (desirable)
  • SAP exposure (nice to have)
Senior Data Engineer

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Location: Leeds – 3 Days Onsite

Offshore Preferred (Must support UK hours)

Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimise robust data pipelines
  • Ingest, transform, and enrich data from multiple sources
  • Work with batch and real-time streaming data
  • Deliver scalable and high-performing solutions
Required Skills:
  • Strong PySpark & SparkSQL
  • Databricks expertise
  • Retail background (advantageous)
  • Supply chain / forecasting / fulfilment knowledge (desirable)
  • SAP knowledge (nice to have)
Data Analyst

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Location: Leeds – 3 Days Onsite

Offshore Preferred (Must support UK hours)

Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
  • Support data architecture decisions with analysis
  • Ensure governance, lineage, and data integrity
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams
  • Prepare structured documentation for stakeholders
Required Skills:
  • Advanced SQL
  • Strong MS Excel
  • Power BI knowledge (desirable)
  • Databricks exposure
  • Retail / supply chain domain knowledge (desirable)
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience working in Agile delivery squads
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume, complex datasets
  • Retail / Supply Chain exposure preferred
