Senior Solutions Architect – Dublin | Hybrid
Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 3 days on-site if required)
Start Date: September 2025
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join a high-profile public sector programme in Dublin. This is an opportunity to lead solution design and architecture for complex, large-scale systems, working with cutting-edge technologies and engaging closely with senior stakeholders.
What you’ll do- Lead and co-ordinate the selection of the most appropriate technology for specific business needs.
- Define and document technical requirements, collaborating across ICT technical resources and stakeholders.
- Develop business and technology roadmaps and define target and transitional architectures.
- Act as a subject matter expert to design infrastructure in line with industry best practices.
- Ensure designs adhere to agreed constraints from the outset of the process.
Mandatory:
- Senior-level Solutions Architect experience in complex environments.
- Industry-recognised architecture qualification (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent).
- Strong technology focus on JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Demonstrable experience with:
- Multi-tier application development.
- Service-oriented architecture (SOA) at scale.
- SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS delivery models.
Nice to have:
- Public sector project experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, translating technical concepts for business leaders.
- Work on high-impact, nationally significant projects.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and expert technical teams.
- Be part of a forward-thinking architecture community.
