Business Partnerships Apprenticeship
Join our Group Information Services (GIS) Partner Management team, made up of three key areas — Sourcing, Procurement and Partner Management. You’ll play a fundamental role in sourcing, onboarding, and managing relationships with our strategic partners, including Apple, Microsoft, BT, SAP and more than 200 additional suppliers.
Role
Alongside gaining a Business Administration Level 3 qualification (with 80% of your time spent in work and 20% studying), you will support in:
- Maintaining accurate records of sourcing activities, contracts and agreements, and updating the Partner Management Teams site.
- Conducting market research to help identify, shortlist and onboard vendors.
- Creating reports on supplier performance and cost savings using business tools and data.
- Organising and prioritising work schedules, including coordinating sourcing meetings.
- Identifying opportunities to improve sourcing processes and reduce costs through data analysis.
- Working collaboratively in small teams to deliver tasks within budget and company guidelines.
Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
