Data Analyst Apprentice
You will be part of the Global Operations and Delivery team within Digital Experience Center (DEC).There are 2 focus areas of expertise:Collecting and analysing DEC requirements to inform delivery and sales teams decision making. Analyse customer requirements against existing capabilities, minimising gaps in services and/or developing new services.
Role
Business Analyst responsibilities include working closely with the Global Head of Pre-Sales and International Projects to prepare comprehensive plans for live customer services, proactive resource planning, Service Level and Contractual alignment plans, as well as a host of other initiatives that will emerge with onboarding of new customers.
Therefore, you will:
- Assist the Head of Pre-Sales and International Projects and wider team with requirements gathering, transition preparation, and adoption of ITIL to deliver to contractual agreements
- Work with Sales, Delivery and other stakeholders to help ensure smooth deliveries, that are on time and to budget
- Analyse risks and opportunities to support Operational Excellence targets
- Use problem solving skills and take appropriate actions to manage and correct structures issues, should any arise
- Be a key point of contact for Business Operations Managers (BOMs), as well as sharing any relevant communications
- Assist in financial management processes, particularly around recruitment
- Work with technology teams to help delivery technology projects
Training
- You will gain a Business Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard
- Delivered via In-person Residential workshops which are block release, self study and support via your Learning Mentors
- After the apprenticeship there is potential for a full time permanent contract
