ICT Apprentice
An exciting opportunity to join a specialist Education IT Service provider with a regional base in both the North West and South West of the country. The position will enable career development and experience of real-world technical solution designs and deployment through to supporting and maintaining customers UK wide.
Role
- Provide support and advice on a wide range of IT services and technologies, including Microsoft, Google and Apple platforms.
- Process/triage incoming requests for support, through the service board, in line with our published SLAs.
- Participate in smaller project work at client sites.
- Participate in training as arranged by the apprenticeship providers.
- Monitor service board and progress accordingly.
- Provide exceptional Service support to the client.
- Provide solution(s)/work around(s) to incidents and problems.
- Maintain clear communication to the team and clients.
- Assisting account managers by responding to queries regarding sites. Perform any other reasonable duties consistent with the role as required.
- Ensure all Tickets and recorded data (e.g. ITBoost) are kept up to date as changes are made.
- Escalate issues within the team where necessary.
