Business Administrator Apprentice Level 3
Office Administration Apprentice required to support the service and accounts team at a growing air conditioning company. Duties include answering calls, assisting customers, updating systems, scheduling engineers, and helping with basic accounts administration.
Role
You will be based within the office administration and accounts team in Wilmington, Dartford. The role will support the day-to-day running of the office.
Key duties will include:
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Assisting with customer enquiries
- Updating internal systems and helping coordinate engineer appointments and service visits
You will also:
- Support the accounts team with basic financial administration
- Filing invoices
- Updating records
- Assisting with purchase orders.
The role will provide hands-on experience in administration, customer service, IT systems, and office organisation while working as part of a busy team. As experience develops, you will gradually take on more responsibility within both the administration and accounts functions of the business.
Training
On-the-job support will be provided through guidance and supervision from experienced office staff and management during day-to-day administrative tasks and responsibilities.
Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a permanent role within the company, with opportunities to progress into positions such as Service Coordinator, Accounts Assistant, Sales Assistant or Technical Support. The skills gained are also highly transferable across the engineering, construction, and facilities management sectors.
