Senior Digital Experience Manager

We are working with an established and much-loved restaurant brand based in London, known for its warm hospitality and guest experiences. As the business continues to grow, were helping them find a Senior Digital Experience Manager to lead the evolution of their digital platforms and drive meaningful guest engagement online.

This role is all about shaping exceptional digital journeys. From booking a table or ordering delivery, to browsing a curated online store, youll make every digital touchpoint as seamless and joyful as the in-person experience. The brand places high value on thoughtful detail and hospitality, something you'll be helping bring to life across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimisation of digital channels including booking, ecommerce, and delivery platforms
  • Create initiatives that increase guest conversion, average spend, and repeat engagement
  • Work with the brand and content teams to ensure all digital campaigns are creatively aligned and compelling
  • Help translate the in-store hospitality into rich, memorable online experiences
  • Own and evolve the roadmap for websites and booking systems
  • Lead end-to-end digital platform improvements, including new features, integrations and UX enhancements
  • Manage agency relationships and internal development teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Act as a strategic lead for the brands online store and delivery proposition
  • Shape product positioning, merchandising and digital marketing to drive commercial growth
  • Collaborate with Operations and Brand teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and an exceptional customer journey
  • Build clear, actionable dashboards and use data to inform decision-making
  • Lead experimentation and optimisation across digital channels
  • Explore the use of AI-powered tools for reporting, personalisation and operational efficiency
  • Support and mentor a small digital performance team, encouraging a test-and-learn culture

What Were Looking For:

  • 5+ years experience in digital performance, ecommerce or growth roles ideally within hospitality, retail or consumer lifestyle brands
  • A hands-on leader who combines strong commercial instincts with creative problem-solving
  • Experience managing website development, ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), and booking systems
  • Comfortable guiding external agencies and internal teams through complex digital projects
  • Skilled in analytics tools with a strong grasp of KPIs and conversion metrics
  • Curious about emerging tech and AI, with a future-focused mindset
  • A collaborative communicator who brings teams together to deliver joined-up experiences
