Apprentice Software Development Technician
Velocity Academy have an exciting new opportunity for a Software Development Technician with Coriel Limited, a System Integration Company based in Long Eaton, Nottingham. You will join a team with a strong customer focus delivering innovative technology solutions to industry.
Role
- Provide both on-site and remote technical support
- Learn how to solve problems and promptly diagnose issues
- Support delivery work, both from our office and occasionally on customer sites
- Assist Coriel engineering teams (UK and Spain) in daily delivery tasks such as software installation and system testing
- Contribute to the production of quality product delivery and customer facing documentation
- Help senior members of the team with software development tasks
- Form good customer relationships through efficient delivery and support
- Serve customers in the UK and overseas accompanied by senior support team members
Training
Software Development Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
- Velocity apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team
- Using their expert knowledge, they will provide the skills necessary to succeed in the workplace and to expand future career prospects
