The role
We're looking for a Subscriber Manager to ensure our clients unlock the full value of CORQ's insights and tools. You'll be the bridge between our intelligence platform and clients through onboarding new users, driving adoption of CORQ GPT and supporting users to get the most value out of their subscription.
This is a client-facing role for someone who's curious, proactive and genuinely excited about helping people solve problems with insights and technology. You’ll report to the Head of Growth and have the opportunity to learn about product development in the AI age.
Key responsibilities
Drive adoption, education and engagement
- Onboard new subscribers with tailored training
- Monitor usage patterns and proactively reach out to under-engaged accounts
- Deliver tutorials and best-practice guides based on user feedback.
Build relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for subscriber queries and feedback
- Host regular check-ins and Q&A sessions to surface client needs
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Share insights
- Track subscriber health metrics and share trends with the CEO and Head of Growth.
- Test new engagement strategies and measure impact.
Key requirements
- Two years in customer success, account management or a similar client-facing role ideally in agencies, media or SaaS
- Genuine interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing and AI
- Confident communicator and active listener
- Organised and proactive
- Comfortable with data: you can read a dashboard, spot a trend and tell a story with numbers.
