Junior EPOS Field Technician (Full Training Provided)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Junior EPOS Field Technician.

This is a hands-on, field-based role where no two days are the same. You will install and support EPOS (cash register) systems for a variety of businesses.

No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Install EPOS systems at customer sites

• Set up basic networks (routers, WiFi, cabling)

• Test systems and ensure everything is working correctly

• Provide friendly on-site customer support

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues

• Travel to customer locations using a company vehicle

What we’re looking for

• Basic understanding of computers or technology

• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Full UK driving licence (required)

• Reliable and responsible attitude

Salary: £24,000 + bonus (OTE £28,000+)
