The Role of Sales Development Representative SDR
This is a pure outbound SDR role focused on building pipeline and booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.
You will:
- Prospect into a broad range of commercial organisations
- Engage with decision makers to understand business challenges
- Introduce a solution that improves efficiency and reduces operational friction
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Qualify opportunities and handle objections confidently
- Book high-quality meetings for the senior sales team
- Work towards a target of 8 meetings per month
You will gain full exposure to the sales process, including prospecting, qualification, objection handling and pipeline development.

The Candidate for the Sales Development Representative SDR role
- Graduates looking to start a career in tech or SaaS sales
- SDRs or Sales Executives with 1 to 5 years experience
- Candidates interested in high-growth, performance-driven environments
- Individuals motivated by targets, progression and earning potential
You will ideally have an understanding of:
- Prospecting and outbound activity
- Sales funnels and pipeline development
- Questioning and qualification techniques
- Objection handling
Training will be provided, particularly for graduate-level candidates.
Package
- £30,000 to £45,000 basic salary
- £15,000 uncapped OTE
- Hybrid working, 3 days office and 2 days from home
