You will work closely with consultants, project leads, and sales teams, taking ownership of solution design, workshops, and delivery while helping to evolve services and mentor others within the practice.What You'll Be DoingTechnical LeadershipLead the design and architecture of enterprise identity solutions across client engagementsAct as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholdersOwn and champion key identity technologies and vendor relationshipsContribute to service improvements and the development of new offeringsDelivery & Client EngagementDefine, plan, and design identity solutions aligned to client requirementsLead and deliver workshops, requirements gathering, and solution presentationsSupport pre-sales activity with technical input into proposalsEnsure high-quality documentation, design reviews, and delivery outcomesCollaboration & Practice DevelopmentWork closely with consultants, project managers, and account teamsMentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharingStay current with industry and Microsoft developments, sharing insight across the businessEssentialStrong experience in Identity, Access & Governance (IGA)Proven commercial experience designing and delivering identity solutionsDeep knowledge of:Entra ID (Azure AD)Microsoft 365Identity lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers)Privileged Identity & Access Management (PIM / PAM)Contact: Zach Bennett - CPS GroupBy applying to this advert you are giving CPS Group (UK) Ltd authority to hold and process your data for this specific role and any other roles we may deem suitable to you over time.
