If you're a law graduate curious about how legal teams operate inside a business, this is a brilliant first step. We're recruiting for an in-house Commercial Paralegal to join a growing international technology company with offices across the UK and Europe. Based in central Leeds, you'll work at the heart of the business - supporting cutting-edge projects across technology, AI, and IT services. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you'll see how legal advice directly shapes business decisions.

Unlike traditional law firm roles, this position offers:

• Direct exposure to commercial decision-making
• Close collaboration with sales, operations, and leadership teams
• Insight into how contracts drive revenue and manage risk
• A broader understanding of business strategy

It's ideal for graduates considering the SQE route or anyone wanting practical, business-facing legal experience early in their career.

As part of the internal legal team, you'll support across a variety of areas, including:

• Assisting with the review and drafting of commercial contracts (including technology and IT agreements)
• Supporting legal aspects of AI and technology-focused projects
• Conducting legal research and preparing internal guidance documents
• Helping maintain contract records and legal documentation
• Providing administrative and project support to the legal function
• Working closely with commercial and operational teams across the organisation

You'll gain a strong mix of contract exposure, project work, and stakeholder interaction.

We're looking for someone who is:

• A law graduate (or has equivalent relevant experience)
• Interested in commercial law, technology, AI, and IT services
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital systems

Prior in-house experience isn't required - enthusiasm, commercial awareness, and a willingness to develop are what matter most.
