The Role

You'll work closely with finance and transformation teams to support critical programme delivery, ensuring financial records remain accurate, reconciled, and compliant throughout system and process changes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting complex financial reconciliations
  • Ensuring data and record integrity across SAP HANA environments
  • Supporting finance transformation and ERP change initiatives
  • Assisting with migration, validation, and system improvement activities
  • Partnering with stakeholders across finance, PMO, and technology teams
  • Supporting governance, audit, and financial control processes
What We're Looking For
  • Proven background as a Project Accountant within large, complex organisations
  • Strong hands-on SAP HANA experience
  • Experience working on finance transformation or ERP programmes
  • Strong reconciliation, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
  • Public sector experience highly desirable
