The Role
You will work with the organisation to provide support for Microsoft Dynamics and our own Add-on products. You will be exposed to a wide range of tools and business processes. This is a great opportunity to learn about solution delivery and support on the Microsoft Power Platform
Essential Responsibilities And Duties
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents from our Global Customer base.
- Install and build solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
- Implement new projects with our solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills
- Logical thinker with experience with IT solutions
- Any experience with IT sales / marketing software would be a bonus
- The applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
Competencies
- A familiarity with general Microsoft Office software
- Enjoy and understand IT platform solutions in general.
- Great customer focus
- Show initiative to identify and solve interesting technical problems and share the results with the wider organisation
