🚀 Partner Business Development Manager (ISO / ISV / Referral)

Location: London, Hybrid with 3 days in the office

The Opportunity

My client is an exciting, fast-growing start-up in the payments space, building a fully integrated platform that is changing how merchants are onboarded, approved, and scaled globally.

They are now looking for a high-performing Partner BDM to drive growth through ISO, ISV, and referral partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and close new ISO, ISV, and referral partnerships
  • Develop a strong pipeline of partners placing merchant volume
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach → negotiation → onboarding
  • Work closely with underwriting and onboarding teams to get deals over the line
  • Structure commercial agreements that drive long-term revenue

What They’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of business development experience
  • Ideally experience in fintech, payments, or FS
  • Partnerships experience is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable working in a start-up / scale-up environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A hunter mentality – proactive, resilient, and target-driven
