🚀 Partner Business Development Manager (ISO / ISV / Referral)
Location: London, Hybrid with 3 days in the office
The Opportunity
My client is an exciting, fast-growing start-up in the payments space, building a fully integrated platform that is changing how merchants are onboarded, approved, and scaled globally.
They are now looking for a high-performing Partner BDM to drive growth through ISO, ISV, and referral partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and close new ISO, ISV, and referral partnerships
- Develop a strong pipeline of partners placing merchant volume
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach → negotiation → onboarding
- Work closely with underwriting and onboarding teams to get deals over the line
- Structure commercial agreements that drive long-term revenue
What They’re Looking For
- 2+ years of business development experience
- Ideally experience in fintech, payments, or FS
- Partnerships experience is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in a start-up / scale-up environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A hunter mentality – proactive, resilient, and target-driven
