Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented **Sales Operations Support** professional to join our commercial team, reporting directly into the Customer Retention Manager.

This role will play a critical part in supporting the day-to-day operational effectiveness of the sales and retention functions, ensuring processes are executed accurately and efficiently across renewals, sales order management, and administrative activities.

Operating within a fast-paced commercial environment, you will be responsible for supporting revenue retention and sales activity through strong process management, attention to detail, and proactive coordination across teams.

This position is well suited to an individual at the early stage of their career, looking to develop experience in sales operations, customer lifecycle management, and commercial support within a growing cyber security business.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the renewal process, ensuring all upcoming renewals are tracked, actioned, and progressed in a timely manner in coordination with the Customer Retention Manager and wider sales team.

Prepare and send sales orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with agreed commercial terms prior to issuance to clients.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including assisting with quotes, proposals, and sales documentation to support ongoing opportunities.

Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene, ensuring all records, renewal opportunities, and sales activities are up to date and accurate.

Ensure completeness and consistency of collateral, maintaining sales templates, documentation, and supporting materials to a high standard.

Support pipeline and reporting activities, assisting with tracking renewals, sales activity, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Coordinate with internal teams, including finance and sales, to resolve order queries, ensure smooth processing, and support overall commercial operations.

Undertake general administrative tasks, providing flexible support across the commercial function as required.

**Experience** Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role. Experience supporting a sales or commercial team.

Technical & Industry Awareness

Basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management.

Interest in cyber security, IT services, or technology environments.

Additional Attributes

Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).

Familiarity with managing documentation, templates, and internal collateral.
