Role : Business Analyst -Transfer Agency

Expertise needed:

Domain knowledge of transfer agency functions and expertise in creating wow customer experience

Good working knowledge of Equities, bonds ‹fixed income> , Mutual funds 10+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst

Adept at problem solving and building executable business processes Good communication skills, team management and stakeholder management

Ability to understand customer requirement and to translate into workable solutions

A proven track record of being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects;

Able to work independently and work under pressure;

Tech savvy and good working knowledge of building API flows and processes

Qualifications:

University Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or similar

Holder of professional certifications as PMP, Six Sigma will be an advantage
