We are looking for an experienced SPM (Service Portfolio Management) – ServiceNow professional to support pre-sales, engagement management, and professional services sales initiatives within a SaaS/digital solutions environment.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • 8–12 years of experience in Presales, Engagement Management, or Professional Services Sales
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales lifecycle (scoping to closure)
  • Proven ability to independently draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and structure commercials
  • Experience coordinating across Sales, Delivery, Solutioning, and Legal teams
  • Strong communication skills, executive presence, and analytical mindset
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar deal management systems
  • Experience working in structured, process-driven organizations
  • Exposure to ServiceNow (SPM/ITBM modules preferred)
