The role
You will own and drive the end-to-end content strategy and execution for CSIS and SecAlliance, creating and optimising high-impact content that supports brand positioning, demand generation and customer engagement across our cybersecurity and intelligence portfolio.
You will be part of an ambitious and knowledgeable Marketing Team of 5, primarily based in Copenhagen.
Responsibilities
• Develop and own the content strategy for CSIS and SecAlliance across key channels (website, blog, social, email, campaigns, events).
• Translate complex cybersecurity and IT solutions into clear, accurate and engaging content tailored to target audiences and buyer journeys.
• Plan, brief, write and edit content assets (articles, whitepapers, video & scripts, case studies, landing pages, email flows, videos, sales enablement, scripts, etc.).
• Collaborate with media and subject-matter-experts to build newsworthy stories
• Use analytics and user behaviour data to measure performance, identify content gaps and continuously optimise based on traffic, engagement and conversion.
• Optimise content for both traditional search (SEO) and AI-driven discovery (structure, metadata, intent, semantic search, RAG-friendly formats).
• Build and maintain editorial calendars aligned with commercial priorities, product launches and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Intelligence, Delivery, Sales and subject-matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure a consistent tone of voice and brand narrative across CSIS and SecAlliance, and across all touchpoints.
• Manage external writers, designers and agencies when needed, ensuring quality, timelines and brand fit.
• Document and champion content guidelines, best practices and standards.
Expected deliverables
• Annual and quarterly content plans for CSIS and SecAlliance.
• High-quality core content mainly for web and campaigns.
• Support Product Marketing in creation of customer-facing content (product-led campaigns, case studies, pitch material, one-pagers).
• Performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Updated content guidelines, templates and editorial calendar.
Typical performance indicators
• Growth in organic and referral traffic, engagement and conversions.
• Content-attributed pipeline/revenue and campaign performance.
• Improvements in search visibility (traditional and AI-driven) on priority topics.
• Stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to content standards.

• 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy or similar role.
• Strong background in IT or technology; cybersecurity experience is a clear advantage.
• Able to quickly understand complex technical solutions and turn them into clear, value-driven narratives.
• Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on writing/editing.
• Strong data mindset: you regularly use analytics, testing and insight to improve content performance.
• Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals and how content is discovered via AI-driven search.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a sharp eye for structure, clarity and accuracy.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Collaborative, curious and confident working with senior experts and technical teams.
• Academic degree in communications, journalism, marketing, IT or a related field (desirable).
• Fluency in written and spoken English (required).
• Other European languages are a plus.
