Admin Apprentice
You will initially support the account director on a prestigious new contract and gain insight into everyday administration and business operations working alongside experienced administrators and managers to develop core admin skills, etc.
Role
- Account admin support for a prestigious new contract including Service Channel and ticket management.
- Logging issues, updating software/systems & closing tickets.
- Contacting maintenance/contractors, updating service users & requesting feedback.
- Progression into using software such as uHub, FacilityApps, and Pego.
- Project coordination (action tracking, governance, etc.).
- Eventually, leading your own improvement projects or supporting other business functions with targeted project support.
- Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.
Training
You'll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month - NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including the organisation, stakeholders, relevant regulation, business fundamentals, processes & external factors. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer.
As with any apprenticeship opportunity - if you prove yourself to be a valuable member of the team there is a strong chance of a permanent post within the business.
