Helpdesk Admin Apprentice
You will be joining a small, supportive team to assist with admin duties whilst working towards an industry recognised qualification! They are looking for someone who is passionate, dedicated, organised and driven by quality and customer satisfaction.
Role
- Creating and submitting quotations.
- Effectively invoicing all works completed.
- Handling email queries from clients and engineers.
- Logging of all reactive maintenance callouts on internal systems.
- Monitoring incoming procurement requests and sourcing efficiently.
- Producing reports from the internal CAFM system and client portals.
- Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.
Training
You'll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month - NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including the organisation, stakeholders, relevant regulation, business fundamentals, processes & external factors. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer.
As with any apprenticeship opportunity - if you prove yourself to be a valuable member of the team there is a strong chance of a permanent post within the business.
