Resource Admin Assistant Apprentice
This is a remote working position. You will be assisting with the development of learning resources, processes, and curriculum information alongside the Quality and Curriculum team.
Role
- Assist in publishing online courses using specialist software (Moodle, Canva, and Articulate)
- Design and maintain course content, ensuring information is formatted in line with awarding body guidelines and CT Skills quality standards
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to support the structuring learning materials effectively
- Ensure all multimedia elements (images, videos, interactive activities) are suitable for usability and engagement
- Ensure all learning resources are developed in line with CT Skills brand guidelines
- Proof-read resources
- Research and test suitable learning solutions to continuously improve learning experience
- Attend monthly operation and quality meetings
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers
* Support other departments with resource development and other functions when required * Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training
Training
You'll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month - NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including the organisation, stakeholders, relevant regulation, business fundamentals, processes & external factors. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer.
Off-the-job training will follow the time allocations outlined in the Occupational Standard.
As with any apprenticeship opportunity - if you prove yourself to be a valuable member of the team there is a strong chance of a permanent post within the business.
