Project Management Officer – Immediate Start

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Officer to take ownership of the growing project portfolio and establish a structured, scalable delivery function.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident working independently from day one. Our client is looking for a self-starter who can bring best practice, implement effective project management processes, and drive successful project delivery without requiring extensive guidance.
You will play a key role in ensuring the projects are delivered efficiently while helping build a sustainable delivery framework for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple concurrent client projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate clear communication across clients, internal teams, and third-party partners.
- Establish project governance, documentation standards, templates, and reporting processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies and delivery workflows.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Support resource planning, workload management, and project prioritisation.
- Implement and manage a SaaS project management platform that integrates with the CRM
- Build scalable delivery processes to support continued business growth.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing multiple SaaS or digital implementation projects simultaneously.
- Strong background in project planning, delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to establish project management frameworks and improve delivery processes.
- Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Teamwork, Wrike, Jira, or similar.
- Experience integrating project management tools with CRM platforms, ideally Pipedrive.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, resources, and project performance.
- Ability to work autonomously and confidently make decisions.
- Experience producing project documentation, RAID logs, status reports, and governance documentation.
Desirable
- PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
- Experience implementing SaaS solutions for B2B clients.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, workflow automation, or API integrations.
- Experience in a growing SME or technology business.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building structure, improving delivery operations, and creating scalable processes. You will be comfortable taking ownership, solving problems proactively, and working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
