Sales Coordinator

We are proud to be representing our client who is on the lookout for an entry level sales coordinator to join the sales operation of this nationwide forward thinking company. This presents an excellent opportunity for future development into more senior roles within a very good stable niche industry. This desk-based role focuses on generating and sending quotes for new hardware systems, alongside acting proactively on inbound sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate quotes for hardware based on business customer requirements and predefined application templates.
  • Liaise with internal technical and sales teams to ensure quotes meet customer needs and company standards.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with quote details, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Process/respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks and customer communications.
  • Build product knowledge around the hardware systems and stay informed about new offerings and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval processes.

To be considered you will be :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or quoting role is desirable but not essential.
  • Interest in technology or electrical systems is advantageous.

In return you can expect a basic starting salary in the region of £25,000 per annum plus a bonus of £5000. The hours of work are 08:30 - 5:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 until 2 on a Friday. The position also comes with some excellent company related benefits including holidays that start at 25 days plus bank holidays
