We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join a growing and dynamic print solutions provider in the Southeast. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of MFD devices across a wide range of client environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer looking to develop their skills within a supportive and forward thinking team.
Canon experience is preferred but not essential as full training and development will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain MFD / printers (laser, inkjet, and multifunction devices)
- Provide on site support and troubleshooting at customer locations
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance to maximise device uptime
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies, updates, and new product releases
- Deliver remote technical support and advice when required
- Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and job documentation
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines during installations and repairs
- Work closely with customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
- Support PDI and refurbishment of devices in the office when needed
Required Skills & Experience
- MFD / Copier / PPD exposure
- Experience repairing and maintaining printers (laser, inkjet, MFDs)
- Strong diagnostic and fault finding skills
- Solid understanding of printer technology and repair procedures
- Experience working with a range of devices from small office to enterprise level
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills
- Strong IT knowledge, including networking and printer diagnostic software
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Flexibility to travel across the Southeast and attend the office for PDI/refurb work
Preferred Attributes
- Previous field service experience
- Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a hybrid role both inside and outside of London
