This is a KPI-driven role, so you’ll need to be comfortable working in a performance-focused environment—but we’ll give you all the training and support you need to succeed.?? What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our digital services and solutions.
• Hit and exceed your KPIs (we’ll make sure they’re clear, fair, and achievable).
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.
• Keep accurate call notes and use CRM tools to manage follow-ups.

• Some customer service or sales experience (contact centre experience a bonus).
• Basic computer and typing skills.
