Interim Project Manager - IT Implementation (ERP) - Part-Time Contract
Location: UK-Based | Hybrid - Commutable from Corby, Peterborough, Leicester, Bedford, Northampton, Cambridge, Milton Keynes
Rate: £580/day (inclusive of expenses)
Contract: 6-7 months | 2-3 days per week

We're looking for an experienced Interim IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major ERP upgrade for a large, multi-site manufacturing business. This is a flexible, part-time contract role, ideal for a professional who can hit the ground running and manage complex projects with minimal disruption to operations.

Key Responsibilities:
·Lead the end-to-end upgrade of an existing ERP system across UK and European sites (including France).
·Liaise with external software providers, ensuring SLAs are defined, agreed, and adhered to.
·Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture and deliver key business requirements.
·Report into the Business Transformation Team, overseeing multiple workstreams and business change initiatives.
·Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
·Support the business in change management, ensuring minimal disruption during go-live.

Required Skills and Experience:
·Strong background in Project Management or PMO roles, particularly in IT upgrades.
·Previous experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly desirable.
·Hands-on experience with ERP systems and implementation processes.
·Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.
·Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
·Natural leadership skills with the ability to drive delivery under pressure.
·Prince2 certification preferred.
·Educated to degree level (desirable).

Additional Information:
·The role will be UK-based.
·Expected on-site presence 2-3 days per week, with flexibility around working arrangements.
·Immediate availability or short notice start preferred.
