An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM and Sales Analyst to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Crewe, offering a salary of £35,000 plus excellent benefits. Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and stakeholders remain aligned
Manage inbound enquiries and ensure timely allocation and follow-up by the sales team
Support structured lead nurturing to maximise conversion opportunities
Maintain CRM data accuracy and produce performance reports across sales and marketing
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and pipeline visibility
What Experience is Required
Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
Background in a sales support, marketing coordination or operations role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
