We're hiring at CXO Group Ltd, a leading B2B events company creating premium summits for global technology and data leaders. Our clients include some of the world's most influential executives — and we need someone who can speak their language, understand their pressures, and get them in the room.

What's the job?

You'll be part of a high-performance team responsible for securing C-level delegates for our world-class events. This is phone-first B2B sales - consultative, high-level, and focused on results. You'll prospect, pitch, close, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders who attend our exclusive in-person summits across Europe.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

- Extensive telephone sales experience – ideally B2B delegate, sponsorship, or technology/software sales

- A solid understanding of the tech/data industry and the priorities of C-level executives

- A passion for exceeding targets and earning what you're worth

- Confidence, resilience, and first-class communication skills

- A self-starter mindset – proactive, organised, and driven to win

Day-to-day, you will:

- Drive outbound calls and manage a pipeline of C-level prospects

- Build relationships with senior executives and convert them to attend our events

- Own the full cycle – research, outreach, follow-up, close

- Work remotely while collaborating with a global team

- Hit and exceed targets – with the uncapped commission to prove it
