Chief Technology Officer
We are working with a global leader in their field to find an experienced CTO to lead our clients technology strategy, product engineering, and innovation roadmap within the Customer Engagement/CCaaS sector.

Location: Hybrid Manchester - 4 days pw onsite (non negotiable)
Package: 100k - 120k + bonus + bens
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving product development, scaling cloud-native platforms, and ensuring technical excellence across customer engagement solutions. You will provide strategic direction, mentor engineering teams, and work closely with commercial and operational stakeholders to bring new products to market.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or similar) within a CCaaS, telecoms, or SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in Twilio OR Amazon Connect (this is essential) and cloud communications platforms.
- Experience delivering secure payment integrations, including PCI-DSS compliant solutions.
- Knowledge of AI-powered contact centre technologies such as conversational AI, speech analytics, sentiment analysis, and agent assist tools.
- Strong background in cloud-native applications, AWS/GCP, DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Desirable:
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth businesses.
- Knowledge of GDPR, ISO27001, and UK data privacy standards.
- Experience with voice, chat, and omnichannel customer engagement solutions.
