Technical Lead - D365

We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to take technical ownership of a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics environment within a complex organisation.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, covering the full life cycle of Dynamics solutions - architecture, design, development, integration, deployment and ongoing improvement. You'll also set technical standards, mentor developers and help drive modern engineering and DevOps practices.

You'll need strong experience across:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
- C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript & Power Fx
- Dynamics plugins, workflows and custom development
- Azure & Azure DevOps
- CI/CD and deployment automation
- APIs, Dataverse & Azure Integration Services
- Designing and delivering complex enterprise integrations
- Technical leadership, mentoring and setting development standards

The role has been deemed outside IR35 and the work will dictate the amount of onsite required.
