Sales Lead - London Market (P&C)
A well-established technology and consulting partner to the global insurance market is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to drive new business growth. This is a high-impact role focused on providing digital, data, and core IT solutions to commercial and specialty P&C carriers. Working with Tier 1 and global insurers, you'll own the end-to-end sales process—bringing your strong London Market expertise, strong C-suite relationships, and a consultative skillset to deliver real value across the insurance value chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on new business development for IT services and solutions across the P&C insurance landscape, including underwriting, product development, claims, distribution, and enterprise IT transformation
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders at Tier 1 and global insurance carriers
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from opportunity identification through to contract signature
- Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with client needs and market trends in commercial and specialty insurance
- Collaborate with internal delivery, pre-sales, and solutioning teams to shape compelling, value-driven proposals
- Represent the company at industry forums and networking events, acting as a brand ambassador in London Market
- Contribute to account planning and pipeline management activities, ensuring consistent and predictable revenue growth
Key Requirements
- 10+ years driving business development solutions and services to P&C Insurance Clients is essential
- Solid experience selling in to London Market/Specialty sector
- Needs to be based close to London, due to hybrid working pattern and regular London Client meetings
- A broad mix of services and product background is preferred
- Deep understanding of the P&C insurance value chain and related technology domains
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for building relationships and creating long-term value for clients
