Drive Expansion & Commercial Growth

  • Unlock value within the existing customer base by increasing product usage and growing installer accounts.
  • Help installers identify opportunities to expand their businesses through us.
  • Contribute directly to company revenue growth through account expansion and retention.

Become a Trusted Partner to Customers

  • Build strong relationships with installation businesses across the UK.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for installers seeking support and growth opportunities.
  • Identify customer challenges early and proactively provide solutions that add value.

Deliver a World-Class Onboarding Experience

  • Own the onboarding journey for newly signed installers.
  • Ensure installer teams quickly understand and adopt the platform.
  • Drive early customer success by helping users experience immediate value from us.

Represent the Voice of the Customer

  • Gather and communicate customer feedback and insights to internal teams.
  • Influence product improvements and future feature development.
  • Provide valuable insight into installer needs, priorities, and behaviours to help shape the product roadmap.

Build Scalable Systems & Processes

  • Improve self-serve resources such as guides, FAQs, and training content.
  • Develop and manage LLM agents to enhance customer support and onboarding.
  • Create more effective onboarding processes and scalable customer success workflows.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to integrate tutorials, tips, and educational content into the platform.

Commercial Ownership & Strategic Impact

  • Own revenue and retention targets across assigned accounts.
  • Be rewarded based on account growth and customer retention performance.
  • Contribute directly to broader company strategy and long-term customer success initiatives.
