We are looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator to shape how our shows up across digital channels. You will define and express our voice visually through video, design, and storytelling that engages founders, recruiters, and talent around the future of hiring and AI.

You will take charge of our content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, working directly with the founders to plan, script, and produce high-quality content that brings our brand to life.

What You Will Do

• Own our content creation strategy end to end, with a focus on video first storytelling.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with founders to produce authentic, thought led video content about AI, hiring, and the future of work.
• Capture behind the scenes moments, thought leadership clips, and client stories.
• Lead the posting calendar to ensure consistent creative output.
• Experiment with trends and new storytelling formats to grow reach.
• Use modern editing tools to deliver high quality video and design assets quickly.

About You

• 2 to 3 plus years as a content creator or social media producer.
• Track record of growing audiences on LinkedIn, TikTok, or Instagram.
• Strong video editing ability with CapCut, Descript, Final Cut, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Comfortable scripting, shooting, and editing short and long form video content.
• Confident guiding founders or teammates to appear in content.
• Understands social storytelling, attention dynamics, and branding.
• Curious about AI and how technology is transforming work and creativity.
