We are looking for a Digital Trainer to join our Digital Services Training Team at Cambridge University Hospitals. You'll play a key role in helping staff confidently and safely use our Epic Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and other digital systems that support patient care.

Working across different staff groups in the Trust, you'll deliver engaging classroom, virtual and workplace-based training, provide coaching and post-training support, and help colleagues build the skills and confidence they need to succeed. You'll also contribute to developing learning materials, gathering feedback and improving the overall learning experience.

Main duties of the job

The Digital Trainer will deliver high-quality digital training and adoption support for Trust staff, with a primary focus on the safe, effective and confident use of the Epic Electronic Patient Record and associated digital systems.

Working as part of Digital Services and under the direction of the Senior Digital Training Manager and Senior Digital Trainers, the post holder will support training delivery, contribute to training needs analysis, help develop and maintain learning materials, and provide post-training coaching to embed effective digital practice.

The role supports digital adoption by helping staff apply learning in practice, use systems appropriately, improve data quality, and access relevant learning resources in line with Trust policies, Information Governance requirements and the Trust values of Together - Safe, Kind, Excellent.
