A leading global tech organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its continued growth. The company designs, manufactures, and supports innovative products used worldwide, with a reputation for engineering excellence and exceptional after-care service. As the business expands, it is investing heavily in its people, culture, and leadership capability.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic and hands-on role partnering with leaders across the full product lifecycle—from design and production to customer support. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, shaping a high-performance, inclusive culture and owning the employee experience end to end. It’s an ideal role for someone proactive, commercially minded, and confident influencing at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders across design, production, and after-care to deliver people strategies that drive performance and engagement.
  • Lead the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, attraction, onboarding, development, performance, engagement, ER, and offboarding.
  • Coach managers to build leadership capability, navigate change, and create psychologically safe, high-performing teams.
  • Use data and insight to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, driving continuous improvement.
  • Support organisational development across culture, values, talent, succession, and change initiatives.
  • Manage complex ER matters with confidence and consistency.
  • Enhance HR processes, policies, and systems to support a modern, growing tech environment.

About You

  • Experienced HR Business Partner with a strong generalist background in fast-paced, evolving settings.
  • Confident working autonomously and identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Skilled at building trusted relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including OD, talent, performance, engagement, and ER.
  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
