We’re looking for a proactive, people-centred HR Coordinator with strong, hands-on recruitment experience to join the People team of a leading technology business. This role blends day-to-day HR coordination with a clear focus on attracting, engaging, and onboarding great talent.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers across the organisation, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring our processes are inclusive, efficient, and aligned with our values. Alongside recruitment, you’ll play a key role in onboarding and wider HR administration, helping us deliver a smooth and professional People service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from vacancy briefing through to onboarding

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, offering guidance and market insight

• Create engaging job adverts and tailored attraction strategies

• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, CV databases, and talent pools

• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the full selection process

• Maintain accurate recruitment and HR data across ATS and HR systems

• Support employer brand activity and recruitment campaigns

• Champion inclusive hiring practices and continuous improvement

• Provide wider HR coordination support across the employee lifecycle

About You

• Experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment, ideally with HR coordination exposure

• Confident managing multiple vacancies and priorities at pace

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Skilled in proactive sourcing and building talent pipelines

• Passionate about delivering an inclusive, high-quality candidate and colleague experience

• Comfortable using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search

• Collaborative, organised, and solutions-focused
