We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead medium-scale technology and operations change initiatives within our financial services business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 4–5 years’ experience who enjoys working autonomously and can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning end-to-end delivery of technology and operations projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Working with minimal supervision, quickly building an understanding of new teams, systems, and priorities.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong project governance, including clear processes, RAID logs, and high-quality documentation.
  • Partnering with technology, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage dependencies, and align on outcomes.
  • Leading regular status meetings and providing clear, concise updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identifying risks and issues early, developing mitigation plans, and driving timely resolution.
  • Supporting and/or leading Pershing platform conversions or migrations, ensuring a smooth transition for users and clients (highly desirable experience).

What we’re looking for

  • 4–5 years’ project management experience, ideally in financial services, wealth management, or a similar regulated environment.
  • Proven track record delivering technology and/or operations projects end-to-end.
  • Prior experience with Pershing conversions or platform migrations is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive progress in ambiguous or changing environments.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Professional project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is a plus but not essential.
