A leading London-based investment bank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Lead to join its IT & Change Delivery function. This hybrid role sits at the heart of the bank's technology transformation, combining business analysis, project management, and application expertise across core banking, treasury, and trading systems.

The Role

You'll drive delivery of strategic technology initiatives that strengthen operational performance and regulatory compliance. Acting as a key interface between business and technology teams, you'll shape solutions, manage end‐to‐end project execution, and serve as a subject matter expert across platforms such as Oracle Flexcube, OPICS, ERP, and Bloomberg TOMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and project delivery across banking and treasury platforms.
• Define business and functional requirements; develop process, data, and system solutions.
• Manage full project lifecycles, including planning, governance, and vendor oversight.
• Support UAT, configuration, and system validation activities.
• Partner with data teams to deliver analytics and BI solutions (OBIEE/OAS).
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, contributing to a high‐performing change team.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years in business analysis and project delivery within investment banking or financial services.
• Deep understanding of treasury operations, trade lifecycle, settlements, and risk.
• Hands‐on experience with Oracle Flexcube, OPICS, or Bloomberg TOMS.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, documentation, and structured delivery methods (Agile/Waterfall).
• Skilled in Jira, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Familiar with data warehousing, ETL, and BI frameworks.
