What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the full sales cycle - prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
  • Selling into senior stakeholders and C-suite across complex enterprise accounts
  • Navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes with confidence and commercial intelligence
  • Delivering compelling presentations that connect platform capability to real business transformation
  • Building and managing your own pipeline - this role rewards hunters

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B 'enterprise software' sales track record - deal sizes in the £100k - £1m range
  • Consistent, demonstrable performance over a sustained period
  • Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Intellectually curious and technologically literate - comfortable with platforms, integrations, and workflow transformation
  • Naturally consultative - you ask better questions than you give answers
  • Equally credible with technical buyers and board-level stakeholders
  • Tenacious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by meaningful career progression and earnings

What's on Offer

  • £60,000 - 70,000 base
  • £120,000 -130,000 OTE (uncapped above)
  • Hybrid - 50/50 home and office
  • Real progression on the table
