This is a rare opening. You’ll be selling proven, six-figure enterprise solutions into a sector you know, backed by an established customer base that speaks for itself. WHAT YOU’LL OWN

  • Drive new business growth across a defined NHS territory, building on an existing base of 70+ Trust customers
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of strategic, six-figure opportunities from discovery through to close
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior NHS leaders and digital transformation teams
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with rigour and a consultative approach
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations, proposals and business cases that speak the NHS’s language
  • Work closely with the executive, product and delivery teams to ensure every deal lands well

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • A proven enterprise B2B software sales professional with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Demonstrable experience selling into the NHS - this is essential
  • Someone who can navigate complex stakeholder environments without losing momentum
  • Confident building business cases, articulating ROI and influencing at board and C-suite level
  • An exceptional communicator and relationship-builder - credible, consultative, and persistent
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives with autonomy and accountability
