WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Full new logo sales cycle across a defined territory — from cold outreach to closed deal
- Selling enterprise-grade digital solutions directly to senior decision-makers in Housing and Local Government
- Building and managing a strategic pipeline with real commercial rigour
- Deep client research: understanding regulatory pressures, operating models, and digital transformation goals
- Delivering compelling demos, proposals, and business cases that move committees and C-suites
- Working in lockstep with marketing and delivery to make sure every deal lands and sticks
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A B2B new business software sales professional who doesn’t just hit targets — they exceed them
- A consultative seller who loves the hunt: uncovering pain, building the case, navigating tenders and closing complex deals
- Someone well versed in MEDDPIC (or MEDDPICC) or similar sales methodology.
- A self-starter who owns their pipeline end-to-end, from cold to contract
- An exceptional communicator — persuasive, credible at board level, and a strong writer
- Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders in regulated environments
- PropTech, Social Housing or wider public sector experience is a bonus — not a prerequisite

- OTE of up to £120,000 £140,000 uncapped
