The Opportunity
We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to join a growing business that supports recruitment companies in optimising their technology, processes, and operational infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving how businesses run, implementing new systems, and building strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with recruitment business owners to help them implement the right tools, streamline operations, and ensure their technology stacks support growth.
The role combines day-to-day operational support with project-based work, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on multiple businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Technical Support
- Manage and support client technology stacks, ensuring systems run effectively
- Troubleshoot operational or system-related issues
- Provide day-to-day technical and operational support to recruitment businesses
- Maintain and improve operational processes across client organisations
Systems & Implementation
- Research, evaluate and implement new systems and products
- Support the setup and optimisation of recruitment tech stacks (CRM/ATS, integrations, websites, etc.)
- Lead or coordinate system implementations and upgrades
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and process improvements
Process Improvement
- Analyse existing workflows and recommend improvements
- Implement updated processes and operational frameworks
- Ensure best practices are adopted across client businesses
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with recruitment business owners
- Act as a trusted advisor for operational and technical challenges
- Support and upskill clients on the systems they use

We are open to a range of experience levels.
Recruitment sector experience is beneficial, but the type of recruitment environment is not important.
