Chief Revenue Officer

We are seeking an experienced Interim Chief Revenue Officer to lead revenue strategy and execution during a critical growth and transformation phase. This role will focus on aligning sales, marketing, and customer success to accelerate ARR growth and optimize commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a go-to-market strategy that drives predictable revenue growth.
  • Oversee sales leadership, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Implement pricing and packaging strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Drive alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success for a unified revenue engine.
  • Introduce data-driven performance metrics and dashboards for real-time insights.
  • Support fundraising or exit readiness through robust revenue planning and reporting.

About You

  • Proven track record as a CRO or senior commercial leader in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
  • Experience in a PE backed organisation
  • Expertise in scaling ARR, optimizing churn, and improving upsell/cross-sell strategies.
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, GTM frameworks, and revenue operations.
  • Ability to lead transformation and embed best practices in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
